We are delighted to announce the promotion of Poppy Cut Rahmasuci as our new Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, effective as of 1 February 2020.
With 15 years of experience of practicing as a corporate partner in another law firm and as an in-house head counsel of a prominent infrastructure company, Poppy brings a wealth of experience in representing numerous local and foreign market leaders in corporate and foreign direct investment matters, and a strong get-things-done attitude given her unique experience of sitting at the other side of the table. Her industries expertise cover e-commerce, real estate, logistic, trading, mining, plantation, natural resources, and water infrastructures.
