Investment, reorganization and disposal of non-performing loans

Since 2002, Ms. Jian and the lawyer team led by her have been providing legal services on investment, reorganization and disposal of non-performing loans for banks, AMC and all kinds of foreign investors.

In March 2014-May 2016, Ms. Jian and the lawyer team led by her provided legal services for non-performing loans, the value of which exceeded 150 billion RMB, and took place in 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in mainland China, including more than 200 asset packing, 5491 borrowers, and 13599 assets.

Lawyer team led by Ms. Jian provide various kinds of legal services for investment, reorganization and disposal of non-performing loans, such as investment and acquisition, debt restructuring, transfer of assets, securitization, debt to equity, litigation and collection, bankruptcy litigation,  and legal risk management services of non-performing loans for loaner etc.

Industries involved in legal services of investment, reorganization and disposal of non-performing loans provided by lawyer team led by Ms. Jian include finance, real estate, wholesale and retail, quarters and catering, leasing and commercial service, water conservancy, environment and public facility management, education, agriculture animal husbandry and fishery, mining, manufacturing, electricity and gas, transport, storage and post, information transmission, computer services and software, culture, sports and entertainment, oil and oil products wholesale, metal and metal products wholesale, scientific research, technical service and geologic perambulation, heat production and supply, health, and social security and public welfare, etc.

Main Achievements
（1）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal advices of investing NPL in Mainland China for One of Hong Kong Company in May, 2016.

（2）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 6 regions including Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu and Liaoning for the client in May, 2016, involving 330 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 11.5 billion.

（3）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 11 regions including Anhui, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Ningbo, Suzhou, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Ningxia for the client in January, 2016, involving 756 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 23 billion.

（4）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal advices of investing NPL in Mainland China for a Investment fund registered in Japan in October, 2015.

（5）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 7 regions including Anhui, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Ningbo, Shanxi, Suzhou and Zhejiang for the client in October, 2015, involving 298 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 15 billion.

（6）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 15 regions including Anhui, Dalian, Gansu, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Qingdao, Shanxi, Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangdong, Hebei, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Zhejiang for the client in September, 2015, involving 744 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 21 billion.

（7）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 4 regions including Guangzhou, Xi'an, Xiamen and Dalian for the foreign bank again in July, 2015, involving 30 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 400 million.

（8）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 11 regions including Heilongjiang, Hubei, Jilin, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Suzhou, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Ningbo and Zhejiang for the client in July, 2015, involving 653 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 17.5 billion.

（9）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 15 regions including Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Ningxia, Shanghai, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Ningbo and Suzhou for the client from January to April, 2015, involving 1175 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 24 billion.

（10）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 26 regions including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Suzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Anhui, Dalian, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Hainan, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Hunan, Jilin, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Ningbo, Ningxia, Qingdao, Shandong, Shanxi and Shenzhen for the client from September to October, 2014, involving 834 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 17.8 billion.

（11）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 19 regions including Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Dalian, Hunan, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Qingdao, Shandong, Shanxi, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Suzhou, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Ningbo and Zhejiang for the client from March to August, 2014, involving 562 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 14.8 billion.

（12）Lawyer JIAN Ying has provided legal services for the restructuring and disposal of NPL in 7 regions including Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Hefei, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Qingdao and Shanghai for a foreign bank in September, 2014, involving 45 borrowers, with a total amount of NPL of RMB 600 million.
